The Stars To Guide Us quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley is a pivotal storyline mission that helps restore harmony and bring the iconic character Simba back to your village. Navigating this quest requires players to solve environmental puzzles, gather specific crafting materials, and follow celestial clues inside the Lion King realm. Understanding each phase of the quest ensures you can complete the objectives smoothly without getting lost in the dense jungle terrain.
Unlocking the Lion King Realm and Finding Simba
To begin the quest, players must navigate to the Dream Castle and unlock the Lion King Realm using Dreamlight. Once inside, you will meet Simba, who is struggling with past memories and needs encouragement to return to the valley. Talking to Simba initiates the storyline, prompting you to search for key items scattered throughout the realm.
You will need to search the area for a set of missing tools and items necessary to restore the night sky. Exploring the surrounding paths carefully will reveal the required quest objectives hidden among the foliage. Interacting with Simba after gathering these items will advance you to the next major phase of the mission.
Gathering Crafting Materials in the Valley
After speaking with Simba, your next objective requires returning to the main valley to collect specific resources. You will need to gather Softwood, Hardwood, and Fiber to craft a specialized item at your crafting bench. Having these materials prepared in advance can save time and keep your quest progress moving forward rapidly.
Once all the necessary materials are collected, open your crafting menu and assemble the required quest item. Return to the Lion King realm immediately to present the item to Simba. This step demonstrates your dedication to helping him reconnect with his roots and fulfill his duty as a leader.
Lighting the Ceremonial Torches
Inside the realm, Simba will instruct you to place and light ceremonial torches to clear the surrounding fog. Position the crafted items in the designated spots around the camp area to trigger the lighting event. Watching the fog disperse unveils the hidden path needed to complete the final celestial puzzle.
With the fog cleared, follow the newly opened trail deeper into the jungle until you reach the riverbank. Here, you will observe the stars appearing in the night sky, symbolizing Simba's restored confidence. Engage in a final conversation with Simba to officially invite him to make his new home in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
Tips for Smooth Quest Completion
To avoid delays during this quest, ensure your inventory has plenty of open slots before entering the realm. Bringing along a companion with a foraging or mining role can also increase your resource gains while collecting materials. If you ever lose track of an objective, check your quest log for precise map markers and updated instructions.
