17 Jun What Will The Story Of Your Life Look Like?
Recently we used our Instagram feed to show how grouping several thematically-related furniture items in a living space could enhance the appearance and message of those rooms.
That run of images is complete (and thanks very much for the feedback given to us along the way).

Sports Bar
Now we want to flip the script a bit by looking at examples of what can be done with available furniture and decor to totally remake a default living space.
Each of the sixteen available living spaces in Egowall comes in a standard configuration.
You should regard that as a starting point, as our various customization tools provide enormous flexibility in telling the story of your life however you choose.
This week on Instagram we are showing five examples (four different living space types) of customizing and personalizing spaces:
-
Monday June 18: Indoor Garden
-
Tuesday June 19: Photo Gallery
-
Wednesday June 20: Japanese Tea House
-
Thursday June 21: Sports Bar
-
Friday June 22: College Rivalries (read more about this space)

Standard Mountain Modern Gallery
Indoor Garden and Photo Gallery
Both of these custom spaces began life as standard issue Mountain Modern Gallery spaces, but then diverged to present totally different alternatives for showcasing their owners’ interests.

Indoor Garden

Photo Gallery
The Indoor Garden was constructed using elements from our catalog of construction shapes and plants both large and small from our Landscaping collection.
The Photo Gallery, on the other hand, represents a more traditional usage of the designed purpose for the space – showcasing your best photos.
Japanese Tea House
According to Japanese tradition, architectural spaces designed to be used for tea ceremony gatherings are known as chashitsu (茶室, “tea rooms”).
Our standard Tea House living space pays homage to that tradition.
With the customized Japanese Tea House space we’ve doubled down on that theme to create a warmer, more casual tea house space.
Sports Bar
The Sports Bar uses the Urban Studio space as its basis.
Nestled in an urban center with a beautiful view, this Contemporary space’s open and expansive floor plan allows it to serve many purposes.
Customized extensively as a bar and lounge using our robust construction tools, it is a perfect social gathering place for watching and talking about sports.
College Rivalries
The College Rivalries space is a shared location for families whose members have attended different universities can simultaneously watch sports by their schools.
The Beach Bungalow was selected to serve as the starting point for this space because of its square and open design.
Each wall was painted with a particular school color and decorated with various knickknacks and school-related photos to provide additional atmosphere.
We hope that you will visit our Instagram feed each day this week (or better yet, follow us there) to get ideas on what YOU could do to customize your living spaces to tell your story to the world.
Just sign up for a free Egowall account to get started.
The possibilities are endless.
